I am so very sorry your loss. Even though i only remember meeting him a few times and the memory of him is very little, he still feels like family to me and i am saddened by his passing.

Maw Maw, Tonya, and Tammy, we weep with you in your sorrow; we thought the world of Paw Paw too. We pray that the peace that passes all understanding will be given to you by God during this time and that as the days, weeks, and months ahead come and go that your memories will help to heal the ache in your heart and give you many reasons to smile. Our prayers are with the family during this time of sorrow. Uncle Hank is in a far better place than we are. He would want his life celebrated and if there are tears, let them be tears of joy remembering the wonderful man, husband, dad, brother, uncle, and grandfather he was. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Gilbert Sowash is and always will be very special to me. As the father of my best friend, he always showed me so much kindness, generosity, and love. I will miss him, but I am so happy for his sake that he is no longer in pain.
