Guestbook for Iver Louis Granum Showing 1 - 10 of 10 entries.

Rex, I was very sorry to hear of the death of your father. Although, I did not know your parents when we were growing up, I do know they did a great job as parents, because you were always one of the nicest people I knew. It is difficult to lose a parent, but remember there are people who will keep you in their thoughts and prayers, myself included.

Fred and Family
I'll always remember your Father as a strong man with much integrity who, along with your Mother, raised three boys into men of whom they can be proud. I lost my Dad in 1994 and my wonderful husband, Frank, in April of this year. I know the grief and loss you are feeling. Know that your Dad will always be alive in your hearts and continue to share fond memories as your family multiplies.
Peace,

My sympathy goes out to the Granum family. I was so sorry to read of the passing of Mr. Granum in the Macon paper. Doris and I go back to high school days and Tom spoke fondly of his family and time spent in Warner Robins.

Richard E. and Eleanor P. Hollinger first met Iver Granum during WWII, when my mother, Eleanor, worked for Iver as a draftswoman at Hickam Air Depot. They worked together on many in-theater modifications to combat aircraft, including the B-29 Enola Gay. After the Hollinger family moved to WR in 1965 we re-connected with the Granum family again. Iver was a well respected and great man, who was admired by many. The whole Hollinger family sends our sincere condolences to the entire Granum family, but wishes to celebrate the long and full life of Iver Granum.

Mrs. Granum and family: We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that our prayers are with you and that our God will give you the comfort and peace you need now. Fred, James and I know the loss of a parent is a void that can never be filled, but enjoy the memories of each day spent with your dad. God's blessings to all.
