My heart goes out to your family. I know that I didn't know you for very long but you made a lasting loving memory in my heart. As a mother, I longed for my daughter to meet someone like you, someone so loving and caring, so happy and full of kindness. When Michael-Paul worked at the bowling alley he would always take the time to say hello and see how I was bowling. He was funny and sweet and I enjoyed talking with him. I considered him my friend and he will be missed. Please accept my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies for the loss of Michael-Paul.

Since I met Emily, one of my VERY BEST friends, many many years ago, I have known Michael, such a wonderful brother and person in general. No matter what was going on, whether they were bickering at each other or not, Michael always took the best care of Emily, to the best of his ability. He was like a brother to me also, as I grew close to the family and gained yet, another family. The Dowds are wonderful people and heaven is lucky to have such an angel. He will be missed tremendously, however we all know he is as healthy and happy as can be upstairs with the man. Every one of y'all are in my prayers and though this pain will never go away, it will get lighter. Michael wouldn't want us to be so down on ourselves, he would want us to smile and remember the wonderful life he had. I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH AND WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR YOU ALL. Words cannot express how sorry we are for your loss. Michael-Paul was such a great kid and always brightened our day with that smile of his everytime we shopped at Lowes. When he started working at Lowes, I didn't quite recognize him with the full beard....he looked very different from his days with us in the Houston Co. High Marching Band. What a blessing for us to have known him...he was such a "treasure". May God comfort you, and give you strength & peace.
