John Wilson, 82, entered into rest on Saturday, July 28, 2012.
Mr. Wilson was born on November 12, 1929 in Rome, Georgia. He was an active and longtime member of Central Baptist Church for over fifty years and owner of Wilson's Grocery. His parents, Mack and Gladys Wilson and brother, Eldon Wilson, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, Gwen Wilson; daughter and son in law, Cindy and Jeff Graver, Bonaire; grandson Mathew Graver and sisters, Cherry W. Oliver (Eddie), Warner Robins and Martha Jean Wilson, Hawkinsville.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Central Baptist Church with Funeral Services immediately following at 1:30 p.m. Entombment will be in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Heart of Georgia Hospice at 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088, 478-953-5161
