Cynthia Mae Barton Rusk, 48, formerly of Warner Robins, entered into rest on Monday, June 11, 2012.
Cynthia was born on October 20, 1963 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She loved her family, meeting new friends, and adored animals. She was known as "Mama Cindy" and "Nenee" to everyone she knew. Her husband, Joseph Benson Rusk, Sr., and her mother, Billie Jo Barton, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter and son in law, "Pooh" Jessica Martin and David Martin, Bonaire; son and daughter in law, "Outlaw" Joseph Benson Rusk, Jr., and Brandy Rusk, Warner Robins; father, Johnny Texas Barton, Cochran; sisters, Terri Barton, Cave Spring; Carolyn Mullis, Eastman; loving grandchildren, Devin and Jadin Martin, and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to the Rusk Memorial Fund, 1166 Morgan Dairy Road, Cave Spring, Georgia 30124.
